Chapter 1. General provisions
1. These Rules for the provision of public services "Approval and issuance of a project for the reclamation of disturbed lands" (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed in accordance with subparagraph 1) Articles 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services" (hereinafter – the Law) and define the procedure for the provision of public services "Approval and issuance of the project of reclamation of disturbed lands" (hereinafter – the public service).
