Chapter 1. General provisions
1. These Rules for the provision of public services "Sale of land to private ownership at a time or in installments" (hereinafter – the Rules) are developed in accordance with subparagraph 1) Articles 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services" (hereinafter – the Law) and determine the procedure for the provision of public services "Sale of land to private ownership at a time or in installments" (hereinafter - the public service).
