Chapter 1. General provisions
1. These Rules for the provision of public services "Provision of free transportation to educational organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas" (hereinafter – the Rules) are developed in accordance with subparagraph 1) Articles 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services" (hereinafter - the Law) and determine the procedure for providing free transportation to educational organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas.
