In total, over 12 months of 2019, pension payments and transfers to the insurance organization were made to over 314 thousand recipients totaling more than 210 billion tenge, including:
- payments upon reaching retirement age - 69.8 billion tenge;
- disability payments – 1.8 billion tenge;
- inheritance payments – 27.9 billion tenge;
- payments for burial – 3.2 billion tenge;
- transfers to insurance organizations – 56.9 billion tenge;
- in connection with the departure for permanent residence - 50.5 billion tenge;
It should be noted that the amount of the average monthly payment according to the schedule was 21,165 tenge, while the maximum amount of monthly payment was 514,666 tenge.
For comparison, for the same period last year, 168.6 billion tenge was paid from the UAPF. In particular, the increase was due to transfers to insurance organizations. In 2018, 26 billion tenge was transferred, and last year we saw a doubling of 56.9 billion tenge. This was due to the possibility of using mandatory occupational pension contributions last year to receive an insurance annuity combined with mandatory pension contributions.
