Report on the work done for 2019 on the State Enterprise "Ozen Zhylu"
At the facilities of the state municipal enterprise "Ozen Zhylu" of Zhanaozen, measures have been developed and approved by the Department of Housing and Communal Services and housing inspection of the city of Zhanaozen to prepare for the autumn-winter period of 2019-2020.

In particular, preparatory work was carried out for the winter in the boiler complex of the central boiler house and mini CHP, the steam boiler room of the Uzen railway station, the boiler room of the village of Kyzylsay and autonomous boiler houses in the amount of 35 pieces.
Stoppers, seals for water, electric, gas networks were installed on all stopped boiler houses and were on conservation before the heating season.
According to the Central boiler house and steam boilers of the mini CHP:
1. the interior walls of the building were painted with a central boiler room with an area of 1824 m2.

3.A high-voltage electric cable is installed on the Central Committee smoke pumps No. 2 and the mains pump No. 5.
4. 275 tons of technical salt were collected for the central boiler house.

A total of 242 residential buildings are provided with heat through a centralized heating system. In the mkr. "Rauan" -10 the house receives heating from an autonomous boiler room.

From the external heating networks of the GKP "Uzen Zhylu" to the entrance part of the apartment, that is, to the distribution boundary, the central heating boiler works in accordance with the approved schedule.
We consider the above problem to be very relevant, because since 1996, the internal utilities system of multi-storey residential buildings has not been overhauled, their wear and tear has ended, and the level of accidents was high.
However, in preparation for the heating season, a number of works were carried out: pipes with diameters of 32, 40, 57 mm and 8750 m were replaced at 58 entrances (basements) in 43 houses throughout the city.
The second most important problem was pumping pumps in which the hydraulic system of internal engineering systems was broken during the 2018-2019 heating season, such as pumps mkr Shanyrak-8; pumps mkr Samal-3, mkr Koktem - 37 units, mkr Orken - 46 units; in social facilities of the city - 10 units. This year they were disconnected from the network to restore the hydraulic regime.
Currently, work is underway to restore the hydraulic regime, and a pump with 4 pumps has been put into operation from the central heating boiler.
In microdistricts near the Central Boiler house, washers are carried out, in particular, 55,57,58,56,46,47,48 residential buildings in the Koktem microdistrict and the Orken microdistrict 62,68,69,70, 71,73,74,75 we are working on bringing heat to the most extreme blocks of houses.
