On the invalidation of some decisions of the Mangystau regional Maslikhat
In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", July 10, 2002 "On Veterinary Medicine" and April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", Mangystau regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
To recognize as invalid some decisions of the Mangystau regional maslikhat according to the annex to this decision.
The state institution "Apparatus of the Mangystau regional Maslikhat" (Chief of Staff Dauylbayev A) to ensure the state registration of this decision in the judicial authorities, placement on the Internet resource of the Mangystau regional Maslikhat.
This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
