On August 23, 2026, for the first time in the history of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elections of deputies of the Kurultai will be held.
We urge you to show civic responsibility and exercise your constitutional right by participating in a historic event that marks a new milestone in the further development of our country.
The guarantee of the exercise of your constitutional right to participate in elections is your inclusion in the lists of voters eligible to participate in the elections of deputies of the Kurultai.
The voter lists are compiled by local executive bodies based on your permanent registration at your place of residence in the territory of the relevant polling station. Citizens who have temporary registration are included in the voter lists on the basis of an application submitted to the local executive body with exclusion from the list at the place of permanent registration.
Information on the boundaries of polling stations and the locations of precinct election commissions will be published by the relevant akims by July 16, 2026.
You can find out your polling station and verify your inclusion in the list by contacting the local executive body at your place of registration. If you are not on the list, you have the right to submit an application to the Akimat.
For your convenience, taking into account the factor of summer holidays, you have the opportunity to obtain an absentee ballot and vote outside your locality.
Starting from August 7, 2026, you will be given the opportunity to check your personal information in the list of voters eligible to participate in the elections of deputies of the Kurultai at your polling station. If it is necessary to make changes or clarifications, you have the right to apply to the precinct election commission.
