In accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 4, 2008, by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the decision of the Mangistau regional Maslikhat dated _______ 2020 year no.__/___ "About making changes to the solution Mangystau region regional maslikhat from 12 december 2019 year no.32/395 "About the regional budget for 2020-2022 years" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative legal Acts for no.____), Aktau City Maslikhat decided:

1. Inadd to solution Aktau Region city maslikhat from 24 december 2019 year no.29/321 "About the budget Aktau cities by 2020-2022 years" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative legal Acts for no.4093, published 8 January 2020 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes:

item 1 the specified one the decisions should be redrafted as follows: contents:

«1. Approve the city budget for 2020-2022, according to Appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2020 in the following amounts::

1) revenue – 42 055 643,3 thousands of tenge, including for:

tax revenues – 25 567 403,3 thousands of tenge;

non-tax revenues – 104 609,3 thousands of tenge;

proceeds from sale of fixed capital – 894 535,7 thousands of tenge;

transfer receipts – 15 489 095,0 thousands of tenge;

2) costs – 42 678 072,4 thousands of tenge;

3) net budget lending – 16 315 672,7 thousandsand tenge, including:

budget loans – 16 316 591,0 thousandsbut tenge;

repayment of budget loans – 918.3 thousand tenge;

4) balance on operations with financial assets – 0 tenge, including:

acquisition of financial assets – 0 tenge;

proceeds from sale of financial assets of the state-0 tenge;

5) budget deficit (surplus) – 16 938 101,8 thousandsbut tenge;

6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 16 938 101,8 thousandsbut tenge, including:

loan receipts – 16 316 591,0 thousandsbut tenge;

repayment of loans – 926,0 thousands of tenge;

budget balances used – 622 436,8 thousands tenge.».

Appendix 1 to the specified address to the solution set out in a new version in accordance with Annex 1 to this decision.

2. To the State Institution "Apparatus of Aktau City Maslikhat" (Head of the apparatus − D. Telegenova) ensure state registration of the present decision in government agencies justice Department.
3. 3. Control over the implementation of this decision should be entrusted to the permanent commission of the Aktau City Maslikhat on Economy and budget issues (B. Shapkan).
4. 4. This decision comes into force from the date of state registration in the Russian Federation. government agencies Ministry of Justice and is effective from January 1, 2020.
