In accordance with subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 5 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural territories", according to the resolution of the Akimat of Mangystau region dated July 25, 2016 No. 233 "On Determining the list of positions of specialists in the field of healthcare, social security, education, culture, Sports and veterinary medicine, being civil servants and working in rural areas", the maslikhat of Aktau DECIDED:
1. To approve the attached Rules for the provision of social support, for the payment of utilities and the purchase of fuel at the expense of budgetary funds to specialists of state organizations of health, social security, education, culture, sports and veterinary medicine living and working in rural settlements of the village of Umirzak of Aktau according to the annex to this decision.
2. To assign control over the execution of this decision to the permanent commission of the Aktau City Maslikhat on social issues and issues of law and order (Y. Kosherbai).
3. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
