Aktau City Maslikhat decided:

  1. Inadd to solution Aktau Region city maslikhat of January 5 2021 No. 38/429 " On the Budget Umirzak villages by 2021-2023 years" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative legal Acts for no.4426) next changes:

contents:

«1. Approve the budget of Umirzak village for 2021-2023 years, according to appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2021 year in the following volumes:

1) revenue – 241 802,8 thousands of tenge, including for:

tax revenues – 74,581 thousandbut tenge;

non-tax revenues – 153 thousand rublesand tenge;

proceeds from sale of fixed capital – 0 tenge;

transfer receipts – 167 068,8 thousands of tenge;

2) costs – 248 248 thousandsand tenge;

3) net budget lending – 0 tenge, including:

budget loans – 0 tenge;

repayment of budget loans – 0 tenge;

4) balance on operations with financial assets – 0 tenge, including:

acquisition of financial assets – 0 tenge;

proceeds from sale of financial assets of the state – 0 tenge;

5) budget deficit (surplus) – -6 445,2 thousands of tenge;

6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 6 445,2 thousands of tenge, including:

loan receipts – 0 tenge;

repayment of loans – 0 tenge;

budget balances used – 6 445,2 thousands of tenge.»;

annex 1 to the said decision should be amended in accordance with the annex to this decision.

  1. To the State Institution "Apparatus of Aktau City Maslikhat" (Head of the apparatus − D. Telegenova) ensure state registration of the present decision in government agencies justice Department.
  2. Control over the implementation of this decision should be entrusted to the permanent commission of the Aktau City Maslikhat on Economic and budget issues (B). Боранбаев).
