The Ethics Council of the Department of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service affairs in Mangystau region held a meeting with state bodies of the region, where there was an increase in the turnover of civil servants by the end of 2020. At this meeting, the first heads of state bodies were warned about personal responsibility for increasing the shift performance of civil servants. The main reasons for not achieving the indicator are moving to other cities, family circumstances, leaving for the private sector. |
