Gambling business- where to go?

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 № 219 "On Gambling Business", casino and slot machine halls should be located only on the banks of the Kapchagai reservoir in Almaty region and in Shuchinsk district of Akmola region. Apart from these territories, it is prohibited to place casinos and slot machine halls in the rest of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Recall that the responsibility for the organization of illegal gambling is punishable by a fine of 2,000 MCI or restriction of liberty for up to 2 years or confiscation of property under Article 307 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
