Explanation of the Epostile of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On October 11, 2018, a meeting was held in the Department of Justice of the West Kazakhstan Region to discuss the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nazarbayev N. to the people of Kazakhstan: «Growth of well-being of Kazakhstan citizens: increase of incomes and quality of life»  from October 05, 2018, with the participation of notaries, lawyers, representatives of the RCLI and the staff of the Department.

The head of the Department of Justice, A. Abdrakhmanov, in his speech noted that the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was devoted to topical issues of the country's socio-economic development and tasks for further improving the welfare of Kazakhstanis.

Legal Specialist and rendering legal services to the population Usenova A.E. delivered a report on the explanation of the Epostile.

At the end of the event, participants expressed their views and discussed the tasks identified by the Head of State in the Epostile.
