A regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities has been held
October 12 of this year, a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities was held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Beketaev with the participation of representatives of state agencies, the non-governmental sector and the business community.
During the meeting, the concepts of draft laws were discussed:
1. «On making amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on countering the legalization (laundering) of criminally obtained incomes and the financing of terrorism» ( Rapporteur- Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Baedilov Kanat Yeskendirovich);
2. «On making amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of regulating migration processes» (Rapporteur - Vice-Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population - Svetlana Kakykenovna Zhakupova);
3. «About the plant world» (Rapporteur - Vice Minister of Agriculture - Nysanbayev Yerlan Nurarali);
4. «On compulsory social insurance» and the accompanying bill «On making amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of compulsory social insurance» (Rapporteur - Vice-Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population - Svetlana Kabikenovna Zhakupova);
5. «About people's health and the health care system» and the accompanying bill «On making changes and amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on health issues» (Rapporteur - Health Secretary - Tokezhanov Bolat Turganovich)
