Signed Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia

In the framework of the international conference «Strengthening transparency and accountability to ensure integrity: united against corruption» held in Šibenik, October 15, 2018, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Croatia Tolezhan Barlybayev and Minister of Justice of the Republic of Croatia Dražen Bošnjaković signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia.

The Memorandum of Understanding between the two Ministries provides for cooperation in areas of mutual exchange of experts, judicial officers and other professionals from relevant organizational units, exchange of information and experiences in areas concerning legislative sphere, harmonization of national legislation with international standards, exchange of information and experiences in the areas of execution of court decisions and provision of legal assistance, judicial expertise, sharing of experience concerning implementation of information technologies related to their activities, organization and realization of joint researches, seminars, trainings, round tables and conferences.
