The delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the international conference in Minsk

October 18-19, 2018 in Minsk (Republic of Belarus) an international conference was held «International Justice and Strengthening Integration Processes», which was attended by the deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.Zhailganova and representatives of the Institute of Legislation of the MJ of the Republic of Kazakhstan,Tlembaeva, А.Irzhanova.The event was also attended by judges of international courts,Heads of authorities of the EAEU Member States,Supreme Court Judges, business representatives, scientific community, as well as practicing lawyers. Organized by the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union. During the conference, Deputy Institute of Legislation, Associate Professor J. Tlembaeva made a presentation on «The legal nature of the decisions of the Court of the EAEU», and «On some problematic aspects of interaction between the Court of the EAEU and the national judicial agencies» told researcher IL  MJ RK A. Irzhanov. Within the framework of the event a plenary session was held, there the conference participants discussed the role of international judicial agencies in the development of integration processes.In addition, discussion sessions were held at which the main trends in the development of law of the EAEU were discussed,the interaction of international justice agencies  with national courts, the use of the law of the EAEU as a tool to protect business, and also the improvement of the legal basis of the activity of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union.
