Delegation of the World Bank and representatives of the United Republic of Tanzania visited the Ministry of Justice

On October 22, 2018, a delegation of the World Bank and representatives of the judiciary of the United Republic of Tanzania paid a visit to the Ministry of Justice as part of the "Justice Sector Institutional Strengthening Project" under the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

During the meeting chaired by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.Beketayev, the sides discussed further cooperation with the World Bank in improving the registration service, state-guaranteed legal aid and notarial activities, the system of enforcement of judicial acts, protection of intellectual property rights, forensic capacity, strategic management, rule-making process and other areas of activity of justice bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Ministry of Justice shared with the colleagues from the judiciary of Tanzania the experience in reforming the system of justice bodies as part of implementation of the country’s legal policy.
