The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a meeting with the territorial agencies of justice

On October 26, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan a videoconference was held with the territorial agencies of justice on «Prevention of corruption, adherence to the standards of official ethics and public service».

The meeting was attended by. Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Berkimbaev B.S., Commissioner for Ethics of the MJ of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sydykova A.S.,Deputy Director of the Department of Personnel Service Umirov K.K., heads and employees of territorial divisions, and also employees of the Central Office of the Ministry.

During the meeting with a report on the work done in the field of combating corruption and other offenses for the first 9 months of this year spoke the heads of the Atyrau and Kostanay regions and Astana city departments of justice.At the same time, the Commissioner on Ethics of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan made a report, where she voiced the main issues on improving the effectiveness of the activities of the ethics officers of the territorial divisions.According to the results of the report, recommendations and instructions were given to the heads and authorized representatives of the territorial subdivisions on the activation of the work of ethics commissioners.

The meeting discussed topical issues in the field of compliance with the Code of Ethics, and legislation on civil service and anti-corruption by public servants.In order to protect the rights of civil servants, Acting The executive secretary of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan gave instructions to the heads of territorial divisions for strict compliance with labor legislation and further work on countering corruption.
