A seminar was held with the participation of students of the Eurasian National University. L.N.Gumilev

October 26, 2018 in the Eurasian National University named after L.N.Gumilyov by the staff of the Division for Law Explanatory Work and the Provision of Legal Services to the Population, chaired by the Deputy Head of the Justice Department of the City of Astana, Turlykhanova G.B. a seminar was organized with the participation of university students.

During the event, innovations of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On advocacy and legal assistance” were clarified.

After the presentation of the report, the students asked questions about the procedure for joining the chamber of private lawyers, obtaining a license to practice law and introducing the E-Bar system.

Following the event, the university staff put forward proposals for organizing an additional meeting with students on notarial activities.
