PRESS ANNOUNCEMENT IX International Scientific and Practical Conference on Administrative Law on the topic: "Executive proceedings in administrative law"

Astana - November 1-2, 2018 at 10.00 . in the Nazarbayev Center will be held  IX international scientific - practical conference on administrative law on the topic: «Executive proceedings in administrative law».

Deputies of the Parliament, heads of state and law enforcement agencies, international experts from Germany, Latvia, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and other countries, as well as representatives of the scientific community, NGOs, and practicing lawyers will take part in the international conference.

The purpose of the conference is to exchange views and discuss topical issues of the development of Kazakhstani administrative legislation aimed at protecting the rights of citizens in disputes with government agencies and further developing public law based on the best international practices.

Event organizers: German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) , Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Institute of Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy.

Registration of participants: at 09.00 hours.
