the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.N. Yeskarayev met with the British Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan Ms. Katherine Leach.

During the meeting, the Minister familiarized the Ambassador with the structure and competence of the Ministry to determine further mutually beneficial areas of cooperation between the two countries.

The Minister also informed about the latest legal reforms in the country. In particular, paying attention to the adoption of a number of legislative acts on the protection of human rights.

The Ambassador noted the positive result of the adopted reforms and expressed readiness for further cooperation.

At the end of meeting, Parties noted the productivity of the meeting and the willingness for expanding further cooperation.
