A meeting of the Public Council on the activities of the judiciary was held

Under the leadership of the Chairman of the Public Council O. Zhumabekov On October 31 of this year, the fourth in 2018 meeting of the Public Council on the activities of justice agency was held.

The meeting was attended by the chairman of the NGO "Kazakhstan Union of Lawyers" Akylbay S.B. Chairman of the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baybatyrov SK, general director of private enterprise “Non-profit organization for the protection of copyright and related rights“ Amanat ”” Balmagambetova L. Yu.,Director of the RPO "Union of Professional Mediators" "Kelіsu" Idrisova SB, Chairman of the Republican Notarial Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhanabilova A. B., Director of the private organization “Center for temporary residence of victims of human trafficking“ Komek ”A. I. Ryl, member of the Bar of the city of Astana Kulubekova A. A., Chairman of the Working Group on Intellectual Property of the OEL Internet Association of Kazakhstan “V. Turekhanov, and a member of the NGO "Kazakhstan Union of Lawyers" Karabayev F. Zh.
The following issues were discussed at the meeting:
- the results of work on the execution of judicial acts, including the development of the institution of private execution;
- draft budget programs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019-2021;
- issues and violations, identified during the internal state control over the quality of public services,including the implementation of the project "secret buyer".
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public Councils”, recommendations of public councils are mandatory for consideration by state agencies that adopt decisions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and give motivated answers.
The Public Council recommended that the Department for the Execution of Judicial Acts consider it expedient to adopt amendments to further improve the enforcement proceedings,
 organizing the activities of private enforcement agents in the execution of executive documents of a socially significant category, as well as increasing the responsibility of private enforcement agents and strengthening control by the authorized agency.

At the meeting, members of the Public Council found it advisable to inform the population about the activities of the Public Council through the media and online resources at least twice a year.
