Seminar on electronic registration of regulatory legal acts

On November 1, 2018, the Department of Justice of the Kostanay Region chaired by the Head of the Department M. Tulepov held a seminar with the secretaries of maslikhats of cities and districts of the region on electronic registration of regulatory legal acts.

During the event, the basic provisions of the electronic state registration of regulatory legal acts were explained, as well as changes in the legislation governing the state registration of regulatory legal acts were explained.

All questions posed were given exhaustive answers by the staff of the department and engineers of « National Information Technologies» JSC. It was also proposed to hold a similar event on the basis of the regional akimat.
