Conducted RAID event on the detention of vehicles debtors under Executive documents

On November 16, 2018, private bailiffs and traffic police officers of the Mangystau region held a RAID on the detention of debtors ' vehicles according to Executive documents.

The purpose of the event-the detention and removal to the penalty Parking of vehicles debtors who don't repay their fines.

According to the results of a two-hour event in Aktau, 5 cars of debtors-offenders were detained, which subsequently repaid the existing debt.

This event will be continued during the current week throughout the region.

It is expected that these measures will have a positive effect on the replenishment of the local budget and the effectiveness of the execution of Executive documents,which are in the production of private bailiffs.

In general, as a result of taken interim measures for the current year, the judicial executors of the region collected approximately 38 million tenge of administrative fines to the state’s income in accordance with almost 2,000 resolutions of the Administrative Police Department of the Regional Police Department.
