«The concept of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving Rule-Making” is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts legalacts.egov.kz for public discussion.

The draft law is aimed at improving the rule-making in Kazakhstan, taking into account international best practices, including through the expansion of the use of smart regulation principles.

Adoption of the bill will not entail a reduction in revenues or an increase in expenses of the republican and local budgets.
