In EKR a republican action "Justice advises" is conducted

On November 23, the Justice Department of the East Kazakhstan region, together with the regional branch of the Nur Otan party, a branch of the Kazakhstan Union of Lawyers NGO, organized a republican action “Justice Consults”.

The event was attended by employees of the Department, representatives of the Chamber of Legal Advisers "Parasat", the NGO "East Kazakhstan Center for Mediation and Law", private notaries and media representatives.

The purpose of the action is to create a consultation platform on legal issues to improve the level of legal literacy and legal protection of citizens.

In the course of the action, the residents received questions concerning the registration of legal entities, the execution of judicial acts, the recovery of alimony, a donation contract, a land plot, the distribution of the share of managers of an LLP, KSK, purchase and sale contracts, as well as registration of inheritance and registration of real estate.

At the end of the action, 28 citizens received qualified legal assistance.
