A republican action “Justice advises” was held in WKO

On November 23, in order to increase the legal literacy of the population, the Department of Justice of the West Kazakhstan Region, together with the NKF Party “Nur Otan”, held the Republican action “Justice advises”.

The composition of the advocacy group chaired by the acting. Deputy Head of the Department of Justice, included the Head of the Department of Justice of the City of Uralsk, heads of departments of the Department, a lawyer and a private notary.

The citizens received questions regarding the registration of rights to real estate, inheritance, the procedure for obtaining housing, collecting maintenance payments by the specialists were given legal advice and clarified the norms of current legislation.

Within the region, the action was held at a time.
