On the placement on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan has prepared a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Appointment of Competent Authorities for the Implementation of the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Lithuania on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters dated 9 August 1994” (hereinafter – the draft resolution).

According to Article 4 of the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Lithuania on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters dated 9 August 1994 (hereinafter – the Agreement), the Parties immediately notify each other through diplomatic channels about the designated competent institutions, their functions and contact information.

The draft resolution submits for consideration of the President a draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which determines the competent authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the implementation of the Treaty.
