The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan plans to study the potential of domestic law firms to represent interests of the RoK Government in foreign investment arbitrations and courts

On the initiative of the RoK Ministry of Justice, an International practical conference dedicated to the issues of representation and protection of the interests of the RoK Government abroad will be held in the second half of January 2024 in Astana in the building of «Qazpatent» (Mangilik el
avenue, 57a).  

The central theme of the conference – «The possibility of using the potential of Kazakhstani law firms to represent and protect the interests of the RoK Government in foreign investment arbitrations and courts: current issues and upcoming challenges»

Current and future trends in the field of dispute resolution involving the
RoK Government will be discussed.

Leading foreign and Kazakhstani experts in the relevant areas of law will be invited as speakers at the conference.
