Department of Justice of Pavlodar region held a working meeting

At the working meeting, amendments to the Law were discussed, in terms of the time limits of the procedural actions of the bailiffs to lift the exit restriction and cancel the measures to suspend special rights and implement the legal regulation of the automation of the bailouts' legal proceedings.

The workshop participants also discussed other problematic issues related to the execution of judicial acts, including the imposition (lifting) of bans on debtors' settlement accounts, the provision of information to the requests of bailiffs and the execution of a determination on securing judicial acts.

According to the results of the workshop, the participants were recommended to follow the innovations in the Law and to comply with the requirements of the current legislation.
