The meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission was held in the Ministry of justice

The 469th meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities was held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice Marat Beketaev with the participation of representatives of state agencies, non-governmental sector and business community,In the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 14 of this year.

3 draft law concepts were considered during the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission:

• «On the status of the teacher»  and  «On making amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of reducing the burden on the student and teacher» (Reporter - Vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan E.Suhanberdieva);

• «On introducing amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of introducing modern formats of work of courts, reducing redundant judicial procedures and costs» (Rapporteur - Deputy Head of the Department for the Support of the Courts at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Headquarters of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan) A.Kasenova;

         Also, the proposals developed by the Ministry of Justice regarding joint stock companies were reviewed, including:

- the status of joint stock companies, taking into account their legal nature, in the context of the so-called “public corporations»;

- the possibility of using the organizational and legal form of a joint stock company as a non-profit organization (Speaker - Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Pan).
