Terms of issuing licenses for forensic activities reduced

According to the Standard of the state service “Issuing a license to engage in forensic expertise, including forensic, forensic-narcological and forensic psychiatric examinations”, the recipients provide 6 documents for obtaining a license.

           Optimization provides for the reduction of documents from 6 to 2, namely the receipt by the service provider independently:

- certificates from narcological and psychiatric dispensaries from the database of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- copies of employment record or employment contract from the MLSPP RK database;

- copies of a diploma of higher education with an application from the database of the MES RK.

In addition, it is supposed to provide from the database of the KPSSU GP RK certificates of criminal record at the stage of receipt of the application from the service recipient.

Taking into account these changes, the period of rendering the state service will be reduced from 13 working days to 6 working days.

At the same time, the service recipient will provide only 2 documents for obtaining a license: application and information form.

It should be noted that at the moment the service period takes 13 working days, which includes checking criminal record through the base of KPSiSU GP RK, as well as the commission examination of documents for compliance with the qualification requirements for the licensee to obtain a license.
