In the Turkestan region, a meeting was held with lawyers, notaries and PB

The reforms proposed by the Ministry of justice of Kazakhstan were discussed at the meeting with lawyers, notaries and private bailiffs held by the Department of justice of Turkestan region.
Participants supported the proposed reforms, as well as a proposal from the notaries to revise the test questions and conduct certification only from one stage – a computer test for knowledge of the legislation.

It should be noted that in accordance with paragraph 1 of article 39 Of the law "on advocacy and legal assistance" persons who have successfully completed training in the bar Association, are certified in the relevant commissions established under the territorial agencies of justice of regions and cities of national importance.
