Conference announcement

On September 29, 2023 the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan is to hold an international academic and practical conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Institute. The topic of the conference: “LAWMAKING PROCESS AND LEGAL INFORMATION: ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERSPECTIVES (The differentiation of norms at the legislative and sub-legislative levels)”.

Among the participants of the conference are deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, officials from the Executive Office of the President, the apparatus of the Government, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state bodies, international and non-governmental organizations, educational organizations, Kazakhstani academics, as well as the media. The conference will be held in a mixed format (in-person and online participation via the ZOOM platform).

The conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. (Astana time) at the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, located at: Astana, Dostyk str., 11.

The collection of conference materials will be published as a result of the event.
