On the placement on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan has prepared a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China on the Provision of Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Cases dated January 14th, 1993" (hereinafter – the draft resolution).

The draft resolution has been developed for the purpose of entry into force of the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China on the Provision of Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Cases dated January 14th, 1993.

The Protocol provides for amendments and additions to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China on the Provision of Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters dated January 14th, 1993 in order to clarify the functions of judicial bodies to provide legal assistance in the field of execution of decisions and petitions of foreign courts in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as changes in the competent institutions of both Parties.
