DJ and PJO of Almaty region summed up the results of 2018

On February 5 of this year, the Department of justice of Almaty region together with the regional chamber of private judicial officers held a seminar-meeting, which discussed the results of the work of private bailiffs of the region for 2018.
The meeting touched upon a number of issues of recovery in favor of the state arising in the course of interaction between the Department of justice and the regional chamber of the PJO.
In addition, the participants of the seminar talked about the work of the information system "AIS of the IPR" and "Torelik", discussed a number of amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on strengthening of property rights protection, arbitration.
