On February 5 of this year, the head of the Department of justice of the city of Karaganda at a meeting with residents of Karaganda spoke about the legislative measures taken to improve the industry of enforcement proceedings, as well as the development of the Institute of private judicial enforcement.
At the same time, Zhusupov reported on the results of the work done by the Department, noting that within the Plan of the nation and the Strategic plan of the Ministry of justice for 2017-2021, a reduction in the number of state bailiffs and the transfer of most enforcement proceedings to the competence of private bailiffs was carried out.
At the end of the report, the head of the Department urged the regional chamber of the CSR to improve the quality of protection of the interests of claimants.
