The deputies of the Majilis met with the lawyers in Pavlodar region

6 of February was held a meeting of deputies of Mazhilis of Parliament RK M. Maharramov and H. Mikaelian. with the staff of the Department of justice, lawyers, notaries, private bailiffs and lawyers in private practice.                         
The main topic of the meeting was the law enforcement practice of the adopted laws. 
During the meeting, the issues of alimony recovery, organization of interaction of the justice authorities with the Prosecutor's office and other interested state bodies, as well as second-tier banks were touched upon.
In addition, problems in the field of advocacy and notarial activities were voiced.
