Part of the civil cases previously considered by the courts, transferred to notaries

The law on the protection of property rights provides that some types of civil disputes will now be resolved by notaries.
It is an undeniable requirement to recover the debt.For example, the requirements for the recovery of wages, the recovery of debts for utilities and the recovery of debts or obligations based on a notarized transaction and others.
This measure will allow to avoid judicial red tape, as it has no disputable grounds for their resolution by the court.
In addition, 10 categories of civil cases arising from undisputed documents, such as the recovery of child support,on the execution of mediation agreements and others will be considered in court in a simplified procedural form,where the period of consideration and decision-making is limited to three days.
The relevant amendments were made to the Civil procedure code and the law "on notaries" within the framework of the Law on strengthening the protection of property rights, arbitration, optimization of the judicial load and further humanization of criminal legislation.
