The activities of legal advisers and lawyers will be automated

In the implementation Of the law "On advocacy and legal assistance" between JSC "National information technologies" and the Association of Chambers of legal advisers signed a Contract for the provision of services "Unified information system of legal assistance "E-Legal assistance». 
Within the framework of the agreement, work will be carried out on the integration of IP "E-Legal assistance" with information systems of the Supreme court, the General Prosecutor's office, the ministries of justice, internal Affairs, education and science, health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC "Unified pension Fund", JSC "Unified securities Registrar" and second-tier banks.
Now the personal account is developed and the uniform site for legal advisers and lawyers is created.
Thus, "E-Legal assistance" IP will allow to automate and optimize the activities of legal advisors and lawyers,promptly obtain the necessary information in the provision of legal assistance to the population,provide it online, reduce paper workflow,temporary and material costs in obtaining information from information systems of state authorities, etc.
As previously reported by the Ministry of justice, in the framework of the Memorandum signed between the Ministry of justice, the Chamber of legal consultants and JSC NIT held a demonstration and training on the use of the system for lawyers and advocates of Astana, Almaty, Kostanay, Karaganda, Aktau, Shymkent, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, Kokshetau and others.
