Discussion of changes and additions in the sphere of notaries

In pursuance of paragraph 2.3 of the action Plan for the implementation and clarification of the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 21, 2019  «About modification and additions in some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning strengthening of protection of the property right, arbitration, optimization of judicial loading and further humanization of the criminal legislation», approved by order of the Minister of justice from 08.02.2019 year, 15.02.2018 years in the building of Taldykorgan city court of the Department of justice of Almaty region in partnership with the Taldykorgan city court, with the participation of representatives of the notary chamber was organized and held a round table on legislation of the aforementioned Law.

During the round table were discussed issues on changes made to the LRK "notary", namely the Commission of the Executive inscription.The sides exchanged views on the main amendments and their significance for the effective protection of the rights and legitimate interests of legal entities.
In addition, to 21.02.2019 year proposed to develop the project of information stands a single sample to embed in the courts, the territorial divisions of the judiciary and the offices of notaries.
