Coordination Council of legal services of state authorities held In North Kazakhstan region

On February 13, 2019, a meeting of the coordination Council of legal services of state authorities was held under the chairmanship of the head of the Department of justice of North Kazakhstan region with the participation of the head of the akim of the region in video conferencing mode.The meeting of the Council was attended by akims of districts and villages, heads of municipal and district level offices, as well as employees of legal services of state authorities.
At the meeting of the Council, the results of the activities on registration of normative legal acts for 2018 were summed up, the analysis of the preparation and submission of normative legal acts by local state authorities and the issues of legal monitoring of normative legal acts for 2018 were discussed.
In 2018, 828 acts were submitted to the state registration by local Executive and state agencies,of which 650 were registered by the Department of justice of the region, 84 acts were denied state registration.
Following the meeting, proposals were made to work together to improve law-making.
