On the placement on the internet portal of open regulatory acts

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan has prepared the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Nomination of the Competent Authorities to Implement the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic on the Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters, dated 26 August 1996” (hereinafter – the Draft).

According to Article 4 of the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic on the Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters, dated 26 August 1996, (hereinafter – the Treaty) the Parties immediately notify each other through diplomatic channels about the nominated competent institutions, their functions and contact information.

The Draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan whereby the competent authorities are nominated from the Republic of Kazakhstan to implement the Treaty is submitted for consideration to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Draft.
