On May 23 will be held a round table of retreat session of the Committee on Legislation and Judicial Reform of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic: «Provision of qualified legal assistance by advocates and legal consultants» will be held in the format of. The session in the National Institute of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The session will be attended by members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Minister of Justice, the chairmen of the Republican collegium of advocates, the Republican collegium of Legal Consultants, representatives of the Association of Chambers of Legal Consultants, Republican Chamber of  Notaries, Republican Chamber of  private Enforcement Agencies, state bodies and interested organizations, as well as international experts.

As part of the event, it is planned to discuss issues of improving  the provision of legal assistance system and the continuation of work on its automation.

Based on the results of the discussions on further improvement of legal assistance sphere in Kazakhstan will be developed.
