On the placement on the Internet portal of open normative legal acts

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan prepared the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendment of the Decree of the President, dated 12 May 2023, № 215 "On Signing of the Protocol on Amending the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People’s Republic of China on Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters, dated 14 January 1993" (hereinafter – the draft resolution).

Due to the change of signatory, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendment of the Decree of the President, dated 12 May 2023, № 215 "On Signing of the Protocol on Amending the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People’s Republic of China on Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters, dated 14 January 1993" has been drafted.
