Announcement of the online course: «Actual questions and answers regarding restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

On May 12, 2023 at 15 p.m. (in State language) and at 16 p.m. (in Russian language) the Legal Information Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan will conduct an online course on improving legal literacy of the population in the form of a webinar on the topic: Announcement of the online course: «Actual questions and answers regarding restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

By becoming a participant of the webinar, you will be able to get information on the following issues: grounds for applying for an out-of-court bankruptcy procedure, recovery of solvency or court bankruptcy, application and termination of the procedure of extrajudicial bankruptcy, initiation and effects of proceedings for recovery of solvency or legal bankruptcy, powers of the financial manager in proceedings for recovery of solvency or court bankruptcy, the content and approval by the court of a solvency recovery plan, payment rules with creditors, bankruptcy obligations, not subject to termination after completion of solvency restoration and court bankruptcy procedures.

After the theoretical part of the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions related to the topic.

The webinar will be held on the YouTube channel of the RSE on REM «Institute of legislation and legal information» of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
