The Ministry of Justice held a meeting of the working group

Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan 20 and 27 February,and also on March 6 this year, meetings of the working group on the development of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «About modification and additions in some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning improvement of the civil legislation and improvement of conditions for business activity on the basis of implementation of the principles and provisions of the English and European law» (next-the bill).
The event was attended by interested state authorities, non-governmental organizations, business communities and scientific and expert communities, as well as representatives of NCE  «Atameken».
At the meetings of the working meetings on the draft law, new contractual structures were considered, implemented from the principles and provisions of English and European law, issues of liability and recovery of losses, strengthening the principle of dispositivity and improving the business environment.
During the discussion, the proposals and recommendations of state authorities, NCE "Atameken", as well as representatives of the companies LLP "Eurasian Group", consulting group "Bolashak", "Tengizchevroil", "Sayat Zholshy&Partners", "Deloitte", "Dentons"  were considered.
The next meeting of the working group is scheduled for March 13 this year at 15-00 hours.
