On the placement on the Internet portal of open normative legal acts

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan prepared the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Signing of the Protocol on Amending the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People’s Republic of China on Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters, dated 14 January 1993" (hereinafter – the draft resolution).

The Protocol provides for amendments and additions to the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People’s Republic of China on Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters, dated 14 January 1993 and ratified by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 2309, dated 30 May 1995, in order to clarify the functions of judicial bodies to provide legal assistance in the field of execution of decisions and requests of foreign courts in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as changes in the competent institutions of both Parties.
