Session of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities
April 19 this year. At 11.00 a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities will be held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Beketaev with the participation of representatives of state bodies, the non-governmental sector and the business community.
Consideration is planned:
1. The draft Law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Housing Relations” and the draft Government Conclusion (developed by deputies of the Parliament), initiated by deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2. The concept of the draft law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Information Issues” (developed by the MID);
3. The concept of the draft law “On introducing amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on labor issues” (developed by the MLSP);
4. The concept of the draft law “On introducing changes and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on renaming the city of Astana - the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the city of Nur-Sultan - the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan and improving inter-budget relations” (developed by the MNE);
5. The concept of the draft law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Activities of the Justice Bodies” (developed by the Ministry of Justice).
