Announcement of the online course: «Current questions and answers regarding the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

On February 22, 2023 at 15:00 p.m. (in the State language) and at 16:00 p.m. (in Russian language) the Legal Information Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan will conduct an online course on improving the legal literacy of the population in the form of a webinar on the topic: «Current questions and answers regarding the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

By becoming a participant of the webinar, you will be able to get information on the following issues: the status of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – CC RK), the status of judges of the CC RK, guarantee the activities of judges of the СС RK, issues of organizing the activities of the CC RK, the competence of the CC RK, general conditions and principles of constitutional proceedings, form and content of the appeal to the CC RK, procedure for consideration of appeals by the CC RK, procedure for consideration of appeals by the CC RK, decisions of the CC RK.

After the theoretical part of the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions related to the topic.

The webinar will be held on the YouTube channel of the RSE on REM «Institute of legislation and legal information» of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
